      Prime work hours are in the middle of the day. The manager is usually available if you need help or have questions.

      Cons

      Challenging to communicate in person since there is no real "office" so most of the communication is through email and text.

      This company has gone through some changes but is pointed in the right direction. People first company that cares about their team. Great place to work!

      - Work is always contract-based and cannot become full-time - Hours can sometimes vary - If given contract to work at schools, the school management style can be unusual
