      As someone new to any of the frameworks being used at the company, you can ask a lot of questions to learn more and grasp. The CTO and the other developers are very accommodating and will help you understand the workflow and logic behind codes.

      Pros

      The culture here is amazing. It’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The team is highly supportive, and the environment is very relaxed. People are talented and capable, so no one has to carry anyone else's weight. Everyone is effective on their own projects.

      Cons

      It's a small startup, so growth opportunities are limited. At a certain point in my career, the work started to feel repetitive, and I wasn't learning as much anymore. There are also no bonuses beyond the base salary.
