      Great work life balance. Working within the transportation vertical. Business plan looks to be forward facing. Plenty of projects to manage.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional management team, lack of resources make project management nearly impossible. Lack of support and leadership make the future uncertain.

      Pros

      The management of the company is great. This company really values it's employees professionally and socially with a great work life balance. If you are interviewing with this company know that you are going to be working for and with good people.

      Cons

      It's a company run like a startup, very lean and mean which sometimes has it's hiccups.

      Pros

      LoadTrek is a company that is constantly set out to move forward. A growing company that keeps work/life balance in mind! Plenty of optimism and great folks to work with. LoadTrek is smaller in scale but very agile in nature. My experience has been great and I consider my career with LoadTrek to date a blessing. The environment and culture here are great.

      Good cons - growing company with a few growing pains.
