Avoid at All Costs - Project Manager Loadsmart Employee Review

Utterly toxic work environment, insufficient support from leadership, berating of employees, lack of follow through, messy org structure, completely lack of diversity (entire org is generally white men). There are not enough negative adjectives to describe how horrid this company and its leaders are. Zero work life balance. Constantly laying people off then re-hiring. You do NOT have job security at Loadsmart. Please do not let the recruiters fool you into thinking this is a good company.
