Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

This company has already crashed and burned—it’s just twitching on the operating table as management desperately shocks it with the defibrillator, refusing to accept that it’s already dead. They claim to value employees, family, safety, and sustainability. But if their actions proved the opposite any more clearly, it would be satire. They punish single parents for needing time for their kids. They invent policies on the spot whenever it benefits them—at the direct expense of employees. They’ve failed to implement even the most basic OSHA-required safety measures. They fire the employees who actually care about the facility and want it to succeed. And as a result, they are hemorrhaging money like a company that wants to go bankrupt. Every day is another bad decision, another missed opportunity to fix the problems, and another step toward the inevitable. You don’t need a job this bad. Keep looking.
