Pros

Good opportunity for upward mobility. So many things are messed up that you can shine if you step up to the plate.

Cons

Corporate has no idea as to the specifics of the issues going on. Everyone pretends things are great...until they aren't and there's a major catastrophe that requires everyone to work hellish hours to get out of the hole. Rinse and repeat.

Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

This company has already crashed and burned—it’s just twitching on the operating table as management desperately shocks it with the defibrillator, refusing to accept that it’s already dead. They claim to value employees, family, safety, and sustainability. But if their actions proved the opposite any more clearly, it would be satire. They punish single parents for needing time for their kids. They invent policies on the spot whenever it benefits them—at the direct expense of employees. They’ve failed to implement even the most basic OSHA-required safety measures. They fire the employees who actually care about the facility and want it to succeed. And as a result, they are hemorrhaging money like a company that wants to go bankrupt. Every day is another bad decision, another missed opportunity to fix the problems, and another step toward the inevitable. You don’t need a job this bad. Keep looking.
