Pros
This company gave me a chance after I had been out of work for a little over a year, and was just about ready to give up.
I'm very happy with my basic salary, and happier still with the bonuses that I receive, which is generally about the same amount as my salary anyway - I essentially double my salary.
Generally speaking, this is a good team of people to work for, and the team atmosphere is very, very helpful, and somewhat a rarity in a sales environment
Cons
Nothing springs to mind. I've not had to deal with upper management too much, but line managers are very, very helpful.
It would be nice to see the MD on the sales floor a little more, getting to know his low-level employees, but other than that, I'm pretty happy.
