Pros

Nothing that I saw. Owner seems to let you do what you want.

Cons

No benefits, no training, not professional. You must work 8.5 hours with 30 minute lunch, but it's commission only. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Very unprofessional. The training was a joke. It was pretty much just listen in on another rep and do as they do. No product training so you have to go off someone else's pitch. Listened to the trainer be a complete jerk to a customer that did not want to sign, never have I seen this from any company I have worked for. Don't waste your time at this place.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you had a bad experience at Local Zoom. We do offer a comprehensive 2-day paid training program. Which allows our representatives to develop a strong knowledge of our services along with the ability to learn our sales cycle without worry. it sounds like you were not here for the full 2 days. We also have one hour lunches and cater food for our staff at least once a week.

Pros

As far as a sales floor is concerned, this is by far the best environment I have ever experienced! Everyone that works is just an all around awesome human. The owners and managers really go out of their way to make a safe, comfortable, fun, happy and energetic work place. They truly care about the success of each individual here, both professionally and personally. The ability to write your own check is yours, IF, you are a committed, hard working person. If you get hired here, it is only because they see something great in you.

Cons

You do have to write your own check. You do not need to be the best closer, but you are going to need to be open to learning and willing to really dedicate yourself.
