Pros
The CEO, Will, is an aggressive, loyal, and competent leader... kind of like a German Shepherd. If a German Shepherd didn't require fresh air or sunlight or sustenance to survive. You'll accidentally learn a LOT, really quickly. Everyone on this team is smarter than you. Never being the smartest person in the room relieves a lot of pressure so I can shine as the personality hire. Work/Life balance. If I need to step out at 2pm on a Wednesday for a botox appointment I have the freedom to do so.
Cons
Management gives out RAISES instead of what hard working employees ACTUALLY want, like a branded hand towel or a $10 chipotle gift card. Insanity. This team all lives in different time zones which is only a con if you don't know geography. No corporate jargon or micromanagement, and meetings sometimes end early :(
