We are very proud of the compliance program and fraud mitigation procedures we have put in place. We hear your concerns on the ubiquitous nature of fraud, which is unfortunately prevalent in all financial industries, and we are always working on ways to manage this risk.
The reality of the job of the Customer Support and Compliance team is to mitigate the risks we face in the Financial Services industry. We are also continuously developing and evolving the business and its programs to address these risks.
