None at the moment, this is a great oppurtunity for anyone civil engineering.

Too many to list. First, the culture and atmosphere is everything you look for in a “lifelong” career company: exciting, inviting, and highly motivated. Ever worked at a place where everyone wants to be there and give their best? We’ve got that. Second, the company invests heavily in you. From training, technical conferences, seminars, classes, etc. Serious time and money is spent on YOU to help you learn and, in turn, benefit the company. Third, there is an organizational hierarchy of sorts but that does not mean it feels that way. The youngest, most inexperienced EIT has complete access to the most seasoned PE/SE/Principal. Help and advice is always available. So many more I could list. If you work here, you won’t want to leave.

Traffic getting to and from work is the worst...sometimes.
