1 The management is only worried about driving revenue at any cost and they don't seem to bother about profitability at all 2 HR function is a joke. They can't even facilitate a proper collaborative culture among the employees 3 There is no motivation among employees. Most of them joined for handsome salaries and are stuck due to a lack of proper exit option 4 Work culture isn't toxic but the work doesn't provide any learnings either
