      Great management team, easy to communicate with upper management, room for growth

      No cons, maybe a drawback is that the management team was mostly in NYC and not on the ground at the Loftsmart cities.

      This company is extremely flexible with hours for part time student workers, has some of the best pay rates I've ever seen as a student. People are great to work with and it is a very team-oriented setting. 10/10 recommend
