Pros

Online reviews of Logicore and its “leadership” are so dismal, the President/CEO sent an email to all corporate employees directing them to immediately post positive online reviews about Logicore Corporation. Proof of this coercion can be seen in the sudden increase of positive reviews. More positive reviews were written in a couple weeks than in the last decade. By sending her demand via email, the President/CEO left a paper trail of her coercion. This same reckless use of electronic communication has been employed by her husband, the VP/COO. Employees have documented dozens of harassing, hostile text messages sent by her husband to employee’s personal cell phones. Most sent between the hours of 1 and 6 am.

Cons

Benefits were cut to the point they are among the worst in the industry. Employees are forced to pay 60% of health insurance and 100% of short- and long-term disability. Employees are even charged a fee for having a Health Savings Account. Maximum vacation accrual was reduced to 3 weeks with no increase for longevity. Over the past two years, all employees were given the exact same pay raise regardless of performance or longevity.
