Pros
Transparent company that actually cares about their employees. Management genuinely cares if you fulfilled, helps you grow in your role and offers general support. The CEO hosts semi-monthly lunches to make sure he knows everyone in the company and makes sure no good ideas are overlooked. Such a low turnover rate, once people start working here, they do not want to leave.

No real cons. Great place
