      Food and weekends off and only one annual party

      Cons

      Working environment is so bad and old people are so insecure, Bad office politics and you can't grow, Knowledge is very limited and it Takes 13 years to be a Team leader, Management don't even talk to employees for their problems, Mental health is on stake if you stay there
