Go there if want to experience HELL - Senior Software Engineer Logic Heart Employee Review

There is no pros for this company. take my advice and never join this company.

1) this company not deserve at least 1 star for developing projects. 2) No coding standards,no testings,no adv techniques utilized. 3) they will loot client money by running upwork/elance by another computers. 4) even 1 project also not succeed. 5) management do have cheating /420 mentality for money 6) Friends here every second need to work.even after 10 days of started project they try to tell you timelines are over,you need to work more than 12 hrs per a day even Saturdays. 7) No benefits,No salaries,No Life. 8) Management is making INDIA as bad country by cheating clients. 9) High work pressure. 10) They changed company names each and every year.(previous it is Softid Solutions) 11) Still if you want to work there,no one helps you even GOD also.be careful your in danger zone. 12) 3-4 months notice period need to serve with out salary. if you ask they will terminate. they will tell we will settle after 3months of your revealing date. after that they will tell no profit and your performing not well...etc to skip from paying. 13) Here who are given 5 stars those are management people only.don't believe it. 14) In Working Hours they mention 9-5.30 but actual is 9 AM- 9 PM at least.

Only pro about working at Logic Hear/ SOFTiD Solutions is it has a good air conditioning system. The company name SOFTiD Solutions didn't work and that's the reason why the CEO decided to change the name of company to Logic Hearts.

Simply a pathetic company for freshers and working professionals. The CEO claims that he is ex-microsoft guy which is fake, project are not delivered to clients on time and what delivered is not worth the money clients pay. Firstly you are not paid well.Secondly, If you are late for office just by 5 minutes, your half day salary will be deducted. They really dont listen to clients and understand their requirement. Team at Logic hearts is ~70 which includes the guy who serves tea, receptionist etc. and IT team is not that capable to work on making something creative.
