First Job - Analyst LogicManager Employee Review

Great culture to work with.

Difficult industry to learn initially.

The only pro is that many current and former employees are now sharing the truth about their experiences at LogicManager so that others may be forewarned and may be able to avoid accepting a job here

The leader of LogicManager (who will be involved in every meeting, and will be involved in the micromanagement of your day to day, hour to hour work, so there's really no avoiding him) is completely self-centered, arrogant, and prideful. He refuses to take accountability for his actions and always plays the victim. He has a complete disregard for the healthy boundaries of others, and will never let anyone else get a word in. He creates an atmosphere of paranoia and manipulation and will look for ways to demean and belittle both employees and customers so that he can feel more important. He is unable to accept feedback without exploding into rage (if you could ever get a word in to provide feedback in the first place, that is). He has no interest in humility or emotional maturity. He refuses to provide even the bare minimum level of mutual respect, kindness, or empathy that you would expect from a leader. He appears to relish in causing emotional pain in others. If you believe you can work with this type of leader day in and day out, then at least you've been warned. Please don't believe the PR responses to honest reviews from the ONE HR team member remaining at this organization. The reviews from countless employees should speak for themselves. Steer clear from this toxic place. It's not worth the job or the salary.
