Pros

Once you work at LM and leave to save your mental well-being, you'll have not only constant validation through Glassdoor reviews that others felt the same way, but you'll also have entertainment in seeing the CEO respond to negative reviews in an absolute comical way.

Cons

As "Believe the bad reviews! This place will crush your soul" wrote, typing the cons of this place will cramp your hands. You can quickly gather through every negative review that the CEO is at the root of LM's problem. He's narcissistic, condescending, and quite pointedly, extremely disrespectful. He will single-handedly destroy your mental health to the point that departing the company won't even be immediate fix because of the damage he causes. The other leaders at LM are seemingly intelligent and have potential, but have worked no where else since graduating and therefore must have a skewed perception of what reality is as it relates to the workplace. They are all micro-managed by the CEO; and it doesn't stop at his direct reports. He will bulldoze through leaders to get to their teams and micromanage there. No one is safe. Past employer responses reference work-life balance, colleague interactions, and pay but none of those matter when you work in a place/for an individual who gives you crippling anxiety and wreaks havoc on your mental health.
