I really cannot think of many cons other than the low pay, but I think the pay is appropriate for the work. This job is really great, especially for UHCL students.

The environment was supportive for the most part. Like any company, there was less than endearing co-worker every so often.

Due to Covid, there was not alot of opportunity for upper leadership to arrange company parties, or for co-workers to see each other in-person. But I do not recall a bad experience other than few few raises or wage income.
