      Lots of open-ended opportunities to shape yourself and your career. Hands-off management. Worthwhile mission. Cutting edge of NLP tech.

      Cons

      Never quite clear what direction the company is moving in. Can go weeks without hearing from management even once. Communication can be poor. Very little process in place.

      Pros

      When the EVP of Sales took over things really turnaround in the Sales Division. We’ve had many history breaking months. There is growth opportunities, as I’ve seen many people get promoted internally. Overall a great company to work for.

      There really is no con, it’s all about your mindset and your potential to maximize on an opportunity.
