      Pros

      Hire fast, good office, nice HR

      Cons

      No onboarding structure. Firefighting, pointing fingers, and judging each other, even though the agreement was for remote work, the Hiring Manager was demanding to come to the office. No proper explanation of the ongoing process but too much expectation from the new employee.

      People really care. It's a really fun hard working group of people and I enjoy interacting with the team.

      It's a start up, there is a lot to do and very fast paced. Pay and benefits could be improved.
