Pros

Mr.Raj Saxena is one of the Worst ones i have ever met. Utterly useless and cheap. none Learning curves flattens quickly. COMPANY IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE WHOLE THING IS A SHAME

Cons

I wish i could be the whistle blower of this company. All the positive reviews are given by the employees themselves as instructed by Mr.CEO This company is blacklisted from all major colleges from conducting recruitments, He changes the company policies as per his whims and fancies,He eats on our variables and doesn't pay us appropriately. He will get down to cheap level politics and idiosyncrasies if you try to ask for your rights

Pros

Nothing at all. Theres nothing good to point out here.

Cons

1. Founder- totally useless, dreamy, entities, incapable person. Only stories but in reality a total failed person. Fake enthusiasm just to keep his ship afloat. 2. No revenue- company does meagre revenues less than what a general store does, profitable only because work is done by interns and there are no full timers 3. No development - people since 5 years have had no promotion and minimum increment, best for people who can’t find better opportunities. 4. Failed business model- not a single successful project, no repeat clients, Cz the model is flawed and founder over promises and under delivers. 5. Useless rules- corporate rules in startup culture, deduction for late coming and half days.

Pros

- Incredible exposure to the full spectrum of startup building - from customer success and product to GTM and fundraising - Direct access to founders and the ability to influence decision-making - Strong pedigree of investors (Shell, Flipkart) and marquee enterprise clients - Fast-paced, high-ownership culture with no shortage of challenges (or learning) - Great team camaraderie, especially among folks who’ve stuck around through thick and thin - Culture of experimentation: ideas are encouraged, and if you show intent, you’re trusted with execution

Cons

- Like most early-stage startups, processes can be chaotic and resource constraints are real - Work-life balance can swing depending on priorities — expect to stretch in crunch weeks - Scaling up team culture is still a work in progress - org structures, roles, and accountability are constantly evolving - Not for folks looking for a cushy corporate gig or hyper-structured environments
