Nothing was positive about this organisation. .

Lot of politics I underwent. Job was not properly defined. Mostly hire from consultant and they don't give proper information. No proper guidance by operation managers. -Since both stakeholders are foreigners they don't have idea about Indian operations and problems every one undergoing. Favourism towards girls. No rules for favourite people of director. They can go along with director.
