Pros
I love the autonomy that is given to the employees to make decisions and impact the course of the business that they touch. I never feel that my voice isn't heard or that my suggestions are not considered
Cons
For being a Tech company, their systems are a bit archaic bordering on ancient. In order to succeed you often have to build your own work arounds and support it yourself as well. If you have these abilities, you will thrive and be able to contribute. If you are waiting for someone else to do it for you, you may be waiting awhile.
