      Pros

      Great employees. medical benefits and flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management. Human resource is a joke.Will change bonus structure after it is made. You never know the requirements to meet bonus. They tend to hire outside males. Positions are never offered to current employees. Racial insults from management in company wide meetings is the norm.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely happy for you to work there, and so welcoming. Management has a good relationship with employees and keep in touch regularly (without breathing down your neck).

      Cons

      I am not a big fan of working remotely.
