Pros
Great relationships with kids, inspiring them, helping their confidence grow, most coworkers are really cool (especially head counselors), main manager (Geoff) is awesome, super competent, and extremely kind.
Cons
Administrators will discipline you for doing something, but do the same thing (especially with language and phones), lots of work drama, crazy low pay, which is $13 (almost $4 below minimum wage).
