Pros
The retail team was great and supportive. Moral was high. Carrer progression - some of the senior colleagues have all moved up! Sufficient training in product knowledge which really helped build the team together. Staff uniform quality was better than some other brands which made them easy to maintain. The pay was decent.
Cons
Can't ask for fixed working day which now some companies do offer to retail staff. HR was very rude and unprofessional when I had to resign due to an opportunity that offered me a worker visa. She did not even recruit me or meet me before I handed in my notice. I could have reported her behaviour to HMRC since she said inappropriate things in front of at least six other employees. Have some self-control.
