Pros

Easy workplace with not a lot of pression...

Cons

Outdated management (wakes up just now), outdated tools and the OUTDATED pression from the Swatch Group (behaving as in 1990, no idea of what actual reality is)! And no carreer growth possibility unless you're a friend from XY which can push you. No values, no culture and poor salary. You just do your work and go back home.

Only real positives are the employee discount and the team vibe—other than that, I can’t think of anything else.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing. In 2026, when most companies are leveraging technology and AI to improve efficiency, this company still operates in what feels like a very outdated, “stone-age” system. Many core processes—such as cycle counts, shipping items to customers, and daily inventory tracking—are done entirely by hand. This includes extensive handwritten documentation on a daily basis. Not only is this time-consuming, but it also feels inefficient and unnecessary given the tools available today. Instead of streamlining operations through digital systems, employees are required to spend a significant amount of time on repetitive paperwork that could easily be automated. From my perspective, the company does not seem to be investing in modernization or improving operational efficiency. As a result, it’s difficult to see long-term growth or a future here, especially for employees who value innovation and productivity.
