This inherent collaboration between creative, technical, and strategic perspectives makes for a great working environment where all roles are valued equally. Not to mention the projects are interesting and span a wide array of industries and technologies. You will never be bored at LookThink. Culturally, LookThink retains the energy and vigor of a small company, but has also established the structure and process of a mature organization. In my view, a broad range of personalities can be successful at LookThink. If you want to have colleagues who are also friends, there's plenty of relationships like that. But if you're someone who prefers to keep work separate from your personal life, that's perfectly acceptable too. LookThink values a supportive, inclusive environment for the whole team.
Cons
Like most companies of it's type and size, LookThink is still figuring out how to best convey it's value to the market. With technologies constantly changing, market position is a moving target that can be tough to nail down. Clients that work with LookThink realize that value almost every time, but it's sometimes difficult for potential clients to understand it. I fully expect that over time, their value and specialization will become more evident as happy clients spread the word.
