      Pros

      Intellectually stimulating work, new interesting problems every day, mission worthy of getting up and working hard for, (mostly) awesome team, really clever driven people, cool offices and free food, many Google perks.

      Cons

      Surprisingly political in a bad way incl. some toxic people and back stabbing, but I guess that's not unique in tech, still surprising given the small size, the culture generally wasn't best. Constant start-stop mode, bad work life balance with just ok TC. No Alphabet stock.

      The Team was world class and made technical miracles happen on the regular

      Cons

      Weird corporate politics with our relationship to Google proper that impacted our ability to scale and ultimately be successful.
