Pros

Hours are fine. Decent enough benefits. Diverse, no issues with gender,race,sexuality etc. It made me appreciate my previous jobs, which I thought were bad at the time.

Cons

Management don't seem to know what they want, changing processes back and forth, goes round in circles. Staff survey timed to bonus/vouchers week. Any poor scores and the team has meeting after meeting to discuss and is gaslighted until they agree they were wrong and it's great. Nothing is ever good enough. If you make a mistake and the wrong person finds out your progression and payrise is held up for years with moving goalposts. No accountability from managers, emails not read, calls not answered, if challenged its pushed back as you not taking ownership or sorting the problem yourself and then it gets mentioned in 121 as a problem you should improve. Stressful to hell as mixed messages and no idea what you should do, it's wrong regardless. Not enough staff but management say reason calls waiting is because of your poor performance somehow. Managers dont manage unless it's disciplinary or capability meetings. Zero progression. Its run like a family business where everyone in senior managements been in the job for 100 years, is never leaving and cant really be bothered anymore so it plods along. Genuinely the most stressful job I've ever had and there is no reason for it to be.

Great, people, lovely atmosphere and caring colleagues and management.

Cons

Weekend working and hot dealing.
