Pros

I genuinely want to share my experience working at this company because everything I mention below is absolutely true. Here are some of the biggest pros: • Stunning office space with excellent connectivity — the metro station is less than 500 meters away, making it very easy to commute by any mode of transport. • Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a fully stocked pantry that includes chocolates, curd, milk, chips, cookies, protein bars, and a wide variety of fresh coffee options. • A 24-hour chef available — you can request most dishes, and everything is covered by the company. • Every Friday, different snacks are arranged from different restaurants. • We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions every Friday — it really builds a positive culture. • One-side cab facility. • Work-from-home flexibility when needed. • Amazing leave policy. • No unnecessary salary deductions. • Both founders are extremely approachable, open to feedback, and they genuinely implement suggestions when they identify gaps. • They celebrate occasions like Men’s Day and other special days, and employees are appreciated with gifts and small monetary benefits — something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. For interns, this is an excellent place to start your career. For experienced professionals, it offers a stress-free and supportive work environment. Overall, a great company culture and a truly positive workplace.

Cons

Cons depends person to person for me I cannot see any gaps but again there is always a improvemnet area so I could say both side cabs, some improvemnt on health insurance part for both individual and family

Pros

Rapidly growing company, which means strong growth opportunities for employees. Chance to work on a great product with some really smart people. High ownership culture — you truly own what you do and can see your work make a real impact while doing onboardings with upbeat merchant experience Minimal bureaucracy; ideas move fast and execution matters. Great perks: Awesome office in the heart of Gurugram Frequent team parties with no cap on fun 🍻 Free lunch, dinner, and snacks Cab drop facility for employees

Cons

Honestly, none worth calling out. With high growth comes high ownership and responsibility. If you want a slow, laid-back role, this may not be the right fit. You need to be comfortable taking initiative, moving fast, and being accountable for outcomes.
