Pros

AMAZING product! I really believed in the product and saw a need for it in the marketplace, which made it easier to sell. Collaborative team environment, hands off management, self motivating Great perks (unlimited PTO, flexible T&E budget, hybrid work schedule)

Cons

Training/onboarding process was not very organized or helpful, not a ton of support or guidance from upper management Sales team can be overly competitive and occasionally deceitful/untrustworthy. Sellers in other markets will try to insert themselves in sales meetings or deals to make it a split (I've seen several sellers leave because of this) Unorganized/unclear account lists, multiple sellers on the same team calling on the same agencies/contacts.

Thank you for reviewing LoopMe! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed selling our product, our team collaboration, culture and perks. In regards to the cons you've listed, since you've posted this review we've made major strides in our training. We've given our managers specific on-boarding training with set scheduled meetings with each team and a training portal for new hires to revert to, where they can access their training videos whenever they would like. In regards to the other cons you've listed, we'd love to discuss further, so that we can continue to improve. Please email us at Charlotte.Forsyth@loopme.com, to discuss further. Thank you!

Pros

The solution has great delivery and measurement products and the clients love it. We did our Sales Kick off at Disney World this year and we do fun events like this throughout the year, so a really good culture.

Cons

Growing company, so the inherent growing pains, but nothing to be alarmed about.

Pros

There are great members on the Sales team that are fun to work with

Cons

Employees are often treated like numbers rather than people. I was denied paternity leave despite being just two days shy of my one-year mark, leaving me without pay when my first child was born. This showed that policies and employee well-being are secondary to the company’s bottom line. It is apparent the company is positioning itself for sale, and this drives decisions. Employees are seen as expenses to cut rather than people to invest in, with benefits, perks, and support reduced to improve margins. Promises about valuing employees often feel like empty statements rather than reality.
