Pros

-The fully remote environment offers employees strong flexibility and work-life balance -PTO policy is generous and one of the few areas where the company genuinely supports employee wellbeing -Remote work allows employees to avoid unnecessary office politics and maintain autonomy over their day-to-day schedules -Team members across the company are generally hardworking and do their best despite ongoing senior leadership and strategic challenges.

Cons

-The company is fundamentally mismanaged at the executive leadership level -Strategic decisions take far too long, priorities constantly shift, and execution suffers as a result -ELT continues to push unrealistic growth expectations while ignoring the reality that the company has fallen significantly behind the market and continues to lose ground daily -Innovation has been stagnant for years. Competitors evolved while this company stayed complacent, and leadership failed to recognize the urgency of catching up until it was far too late -The organization lacks decisive leadership. Critical business and product decisions get stuck in endless discussion cycles, creating paralysis instead of progress -There is a major disconnect between executive messaging and operational reality. Employees are expected to deliver “high growth” outcomes with outdated product, unclear strategy, and constant organizational instability -The company appears more focused on maintaining internal narratives than honestly assessing why customers, talent, and market momentum are slipping away -Accountability at the senior leadership level is severely lacking. Failures are normalized, while frontline teams are continuously expected to compensate for poor strategic direction -Morale has declined significantly as employees watch competitors outpace the business while leadership remains slow, reactive, and unwilling to make difficult decisions quickly. -The culture increasingly feels driven by short-term optics instead of clear vision, innovation, or sustainable execution

Pros

Work is interesting and challenging. Co-workers are talented and supportive. There is pressure from leadership to deliver on deadlines, but nothing unusual. Fully remote is a big plus.

Cons

The workload is heavy and can be overwhelming.

Pros

good PTO and work from home

Cons

Another layoff. The C suite is struggling and is reacting without understanding the real problems. The Chief Product Officer is not able to produce a clear and successful product vision. A lot of hard work, but no results and the company is doomed.
