Not a lot of structure in role but this is normal to expect out of a small, growing startup

You are not another cog in the system at Looplist, but instead you can directly see where your efforts are playing into the overall success of the company. -There are no cubicles in Looplist's office. The work environment has been designed to enable creativity with beanbags and open workspace. -Small and tight knit team -A day in the office never feels like work. There is such a passion in the office that everyday feels exciting, and innovative.

-The team is small, but they are still early stage and growing (can be a pro or con) -There is no ping pong table in the office, but there are rumors of getting a couple VR systems installed.
