      Pros

      There is some great people that work there with amazing personalities. Your tattoos can be on show. Piercings are allowed, but not too crazy though.

      Cons

      Staff food at times has been less then on par. Gets cold at reception and no jackets or fleece is allowed for receptionists, or too hot and the managers cannot remove their jackets.

      Great team and supportive coworkers

      Cons

      Management lacks initiative and direction. GM appears disengaged and slow to address problems. HR is not helpful when employees need support or solutions. There are very limited opportunities for promotion or career growth
