Pros

Fairly laid back management. Variable working hours. Good vibe in front of house team. Loungfest summer staff party is pretty good.

Cons

Laid back management. Lots of attrition in kitchens for many staff who think its not great food. My week consists of split shifts with unpaid breaks. Cases of bullies in top jobs in kitchens, or real apathy from head chefs.
