Pros

Our organization is a large, industry‑leading company that still operates with the warmth and support of a small town. Employees genuinely look out for one another, and leadership consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed. It’s an environment where both early‑career talent and seasoned professionals can thrive. Management is deeply invested in each person’s career path, offering real guidance, meaningful development opportunities, and a clear plan for growth.

Cons

One of the things I appreciate most about this company is its commitment to supporting employees. As we continue to grow, expanding work‑from‑home opportunities would further strengthen work–life balance and allow teams to be even more productive. Additionally, offering a broader range of retirement plan options would empower employees to better prepare for the future. These enhancements would build on the already strong foundation of care and support our organization is known for.

Good opportunity for growth and gaining experience in a professional environment. Team members are generally supportive and willing to help when needed. There are opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibility over time. Work environment is fairly stable and expectations are reasonable.

Some processes can be unclear or inconsistent depending on the team. Communication can vary, which sometimes leads to confusion or delays. Certain workflows could benefit from better organization and structure.

Pros

The only pro here is gaining experience learning the VA process.

Cons

This company is production based , but has lost the big picture of retention ! Clinic managers are overworked , the rules and regulations are different based on what region you are in. This is absolutely delusional for a company to operate in this manner! There is no consistency with communication, and upper leadership will tell you that depending on who you ask “the answer is different”. Clinic managers are pushed to make sure examiners meet their metrics, however there is NO INCENTIVES at all for support staff! I’ve never seen a clinic not have a bonus at some level. It’s not worth it to make the company millions of dollars , deal with entitled Examiners, and have nothing to show for it. I don’t want to start naming names here, but there are certain individuals in leadership that need to be removed. We are tired of the mediocre policies, and HR is a joke. The next step will be hostile work environment investigations if you don’t start charging the culture and environment here! Stop being dishonest during the hiring process ! This has been a complaint as well from all Examiners and nothing is done about it. If I don’t see a change in these policies in the next 30 days, there will be a formal complaint initiated.
