Pros

There are truly very few pros to working here. The pay is decent and benefits are good but both are quickly overshadowed by everything else.

Cons

Do you enjoy being given unachievable tasks and then getting gaslit when you can't complete them? If so this is the job for you! This company will constantly seek to work you to the bone while simultaneously giving you near impossible goals. They will also seek to undercut your compensation and that of those that you are looking to hire. Yes you get cheap beer on Thursday afternoons but believe me it isn't worth the stress that this job puts you through. If this is your first time taking a recruitment job then I'd advise against it. This recruitment position does not set you up for success nor is it a real recruitment position. This is a glorified call center. So before accepting a role here maybe take some time for yourself and consider a competing offer, even if the money is not as good.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Your review will be shared with leadership as favoritism contradicts our policy and mission and we constantly aim to improve our procedures. As we continue to grow and stay busy, we hope that initiatives like game days, happy hours, wellness walks, and our compensation and benefits package reflect our appreciation for our staff. Our management teams are taught to uphold the same standards for everyone and assist anyone who may be struggling with an open-door policy. We hope that in the future, any employee who feels they are assigned unachievable tasks are comfortable enough to reach out for help to their direct managers, or the HR team, if issues pursue. We are disheartened by your experience and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Having been with Loyal Source for nearly 11 years, I can confidently say this company provides real opportunity for growth and long-term career development. I started as a government healthcare recruiter and was able to evolve into sales, account management, and now manage a sales team. There’s a clear path for anyone willing to put in the work and take ownership of their career. Loyal Source has also played a major role in my personal growth. While working here, I earned my bachelor’s degree and hit several real-life milestones along the way. The opportunities provided have allowed me to travel and experience things I never thought would be possible, while still building a strong, sustainable career. The company does a great job of recognizing and rewarding performance. Earlier this year, I was honored to receive the Strategic Sales Award, which reflects the leadership team’s commitment to acknowledging impact and results. One of the biggest differentiators is the autonomy. You’re trusted to run your team, build something of your own, and think strategically. That level of ownership pushes you to grow both professionally and personally. The culture is more than just a company, it really does feel like a family. People genuinely support each other, and long-term relationships are built across teams. If you’re driven and looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, and create real opportunity for yourself, Loyal Source gives you that platform. Excited to see what we accomplish in the years ahead!

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve early on as you get familiar with the company’s strategic approach and different business lines. With time and consistency, it all starts to click and sets you up well for long-term success.

Building strong relationships and empowering our employees to take ownership of their success are core to who we are. We also appreciate your honesty regarding the initial learning curve. Pros

There are no pros to working at this company.

Cons

There is no training for Nurse Practitioners. They just assign VA exams to you and expect you to complete them in a very short time period. These exams can be very complex and there are numerous rules and regulations you have to follow to fill them out correctly. Some Vets also have 10 claims and the company expects the examiner to submit all of the DBQ’s within 24 hours of the exam. This is impossible when you have multiple Vet exams a day. There is no support from management at all. They avoid answering employee calls and do not email back in a timely fashion. The pay is low and the incentive bonuses are impossible to achieve. They also expect examiners to work on the weekends and the evenings. There is no work/life balance at all. The company’s travel support is nonexistent. If you have an issue with travel, you are on your own and may not get reimbursed for expenses the company is supposed to cover such as parking fees. These fees may sound like a minimal expense but hotels in big cities charge on average 70$ a day for parking which can add up if you have to stay at a hotel for several weeks.
