Horrible Work Place - Graphic Designer Lspace Employee Review

-Fantastic work environment -Management runs a tight ship -No micromanaging

-Super Friendly Staff -Work/Life Balance is very good, rarely work late -Generous Employee Discount -Hybrid schedule is helpful especially if you have a long commute -Senior Designers get to WFH during sketch weeks

There is almost no opportunity for growth/promotions. This is the biggest complaint my coworkers and I had at this company regardless of what department you're in. Even though everyone has an annual review, upper management does not create growth plans for their employees. Even if you request a growth plan and ask what you can do to earn a promotion, it can take almost another year for them to take it serious or do anything about it. Your best chance is getting a job offer to open up negotiations with upper management. Everyone at the company is incredibly kind and very talented, yet there's not enough effort from upper management to reward and lift up their employees.
