Lucid Group Response
3yThank you for taking the time to leave a review, even if it is painful to read. It’s clear that your experience during your short time at Lucid was a challenging one. There are some points on which we agree – that Lucid has brilliant people, that we are committed to diversity and inclusion, that we offer great benefits. And I also agree that there have been periods of intense pressure during the last year, and that we must continue to improve our culture and to manage workloads better. That’s why when our new Head of Culture, Diversity and Sustainability starts on Monday he will be leading an exercise in partnership with external experts to engage our global organisation in defining and co-creating our shared culture, and putting practical actions in place to bring it to life. It’s why we implemented a recent exercise to rebalance our resources across teams to ensure that pressure points were relieved with the extra support needed to deliver for clients. It’s why we’re committed to leading projects that streamline our internal ways of working to give colleagues back the time to focus on what matters. And it’s why in our latest engagement survey, people’s belief that action will take place jumped by 15%. Management do care, and we will act, together with everyone at Lucid, to deliver positive change. Change does take time, and I am sorry that you did not feel able to stick with us, but I am excited for the concrete and impactful plans that we have ahead to make Lucid a better place to work for everyone who does.
