Growing startup so there can be challenges with regards to scaling.

- Exciting and high growth company, with lots of great areas to get involved in - The company really cares about their people; we have a lot of social events and opportunities to get to know each other - The company really enables people to work according to what works for our lifestyle (whether that is going into the office, working from home, hybrid); the energy at the office certainly draws me to come into the office every day, but I can also work from home if that suits me better - There is not a focus on set "hours" you have to work, but rather a focus on driving results - Everyone I've met at the company is exceptional; people truly put their best in every thing they do, and everyone cares about the success of the company as a whole - There is a strong company culture, lots of appreciation and kudos that goes around, and great willingness to help each other out - Fair compensation; Lucinity is also working on creating the right growth opportunities for people and ensure that people are doing the type of work that interests them - Management is always open to feedback and new ideas can be implemented easily

- As we are a scale-up, we still have some of the challenges of a start-up and are working on getting all our processes in place
