Pros
The company doesn't have much to offer, but it's a good place to start your career. Some seniors are very helpful, they will teach you the basics of market research. But don't expect much as most of them don't have exposure of world outside the company.
Cons
The company is in Raipur, so they offer a very low package as compared to the other companies in the industry. In the name of HR department, the company has just one guy. Company needs some serious improvement in HR policies. There are many employees who are in the higher designation just because they have spent a good amount of time with the company, they are well known for being lazy and unproductive, discipline them, and get rid of those people.
