      Pros

      Very nice and supportive colleagues. One of the most structured handovers I ever received when starting a new role. I right away felt very confident that I can roll up my sleeves and get started. Meaningful work. Opportunity to bring in your own ideas and try out new approaches. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Short contracts based on projects (however, I cannot really say how it is for most colleagues there)
