Pros

The people at Lucky who weathered the transition were the best things about the job. Despite the uncertainty many were upbeat and tried to be as positive as they could.

Cons

I worked at The Lucky Group when it began after Conde Nast spun Lucky off from it's stable of magazines. It was a miserable time when my coworkers and I were in such a state of flux about the status of our title and our jobs. While I understand that management could not share information about negotiations going on to keep the title afloat, I think there could have been a little more transparency.

Pros

There was a lot to learn and it definitely helped when I was looking for a new job.

Cons

The company seemed to lack a clear direction and I wasn't clear about what the company was trying to achieve. There were a lot of people that left that had been with the company before me and one could see the company going downhill.
