Live support is really rude. They cancel your slot for the day if you are late, even if you texted them letting them know ahead of time. Dispatching don't know how to organize routes, had to drive 100 miles just to pick up a mattress, and when we showed up someone else had picked it up, and never let us know. They only gave us $20 bonus. We have to wait about an hour before we get a first task. Issues that support team has to handle, we have to deal with it, they are afraid to communicate with clients. Clients can't request the same crew for another lugg. They charge thee client $2 per mile but they only pay me $1.40.
