Pros
I love the people and the culture lumbermens brings. My accounts are a pleasure to work with and management is caring. It's like a family. Very flexible if something happens and you need to leave early or the day off. When overwhelmed you get the help needed.
Cons
Raises aren't the best. They pile a lot on you without extra pay. More vacation would be great.
