Cons
Where do I start? They have a habit of burning through sales reps and will blame the rep but are negligent in telling you that they develop unrealistic expectations (160% growth YoY) and have no systems in place to track sales. It is not a collaborative environment whatsoever. You micro managed at the top and not expected to disagree with anything. Questions to ask in the interview: 1. How do you track sales from the Big 4? 2. How long was the previous rep in place before being let go? And the one before him or her? 3. What is your training and on-boarding process like? How much time is actually dedicated to understanding the product offering verses the Sandler Selling Method?
