Poor management and bad work environment - Account Executive Luminance AI Employee Review

Management create a hostile work environment where AE's are pitted against each other. The work is sold as exciting during the interview (and the pay is sold as being incredible) but the truth is that the work is repetitive with no mental stimilus and the pay is at best barely manageable (especially with the price of London living). There isn't enough seating for all the staff and the C-suite are ruthless with employees (calling people out in front of all the other employees).
